The situation
Friederike Kania advises healthcare and social service organisations on quality management. Her offering covers consulting, audits, training and coaching, on site and online. Four areas that overlap in content and still have to stay distinguishable.
The solution
A clear structure with the four service areas as the entry point, each followed by a short explanation of who it is for and how such an engagement runs. Plus a personal introduction, because in this field the person is part of what is bought. I left out visual effects: in an industry that lives on verifiability, restraint reads as more credible than decoration.
Technology used
A custom-built website with no CMS underneath, plus hosting and email. Changes are implemented on request.
The result
A site that separates the four service areas cleanly and makes clear to prospective clients from the healthcare sector, in a short time, what they are dealing with.
